Frank M. Delape
Frank M. Delape*, CLU®, ChFC®, is the managing director and a founding member of Coordinated Planning Group. Since the inception of Coordinated Planning Group in 1999, Mr. Delape has spearheaded the company's growth in terms of the number of representatives, the depth of their knowledge, and in annual revenue. Previously, he spent eighteen years with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company as an agency manager. As managing director, Mr. Delape is the architect of Coordinated Planning Group’s strategic business plan, and is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability performance; directing operations and financial services; developing recruitment strategies; training and practice development of sales personnel; oversight of sales and marketing programs. In his business, Mr. Delape works closely with the accounting, legal and pension consulting firms of high net worth individuals and business owners to help them enhance their estate and benefit plans. His clients include construction companies, manufacturers, and medical practices. Mr. Delape also works closely with private and public charitable foundations to help them leverage their endowment strategies. He earned his Certified Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) professional designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. After attending the City University of New York, Mr. Delape began his career in financial services with the John Hancock Life Insurance Company, working with the owners of closely held companies in the areas of estate conservation and executive benefits. Mr. Delape holds a number of industry designations: as a Leaders, Presidents, and Chairman’s Conference Qualifier,a current member of the Top of the Table of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT); Mr. Delape is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the Estate Planning Council of New York City, the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters, and the Columbus Citizens Foundation.
